Blackmore Vale Lions Half Marathon and Relay: 2nd February 2025
A half marathon over quiet undulating country roads in a beautiful area of North Dorset, run by the Blackmore Vale Lions Club. Including a relay event (teams of 2 runners) along the same half marathon course.
Pen Selwood 10k and children races: 13th April 2025

Being close to the Stourhead estate, the 10k/5k races are on very scenic courses along quiet country lanes with little traffic. The event is organised for the whole family, including a 2k for the younger ones. All profits go to the Pen Selwood village and their supported charity.
Marnhull 12k (M12K) – 14th September 2025

An undulating route along quiet country lanes with far reaching view hosted by St Gregory’s School in Marnhull. There’ll be hot food, tea and cake, kids entertainment and much much more. Even if you’re not running the race, come along , support the runners, enjoy the food and have fun at this great local event, raising much needed funds for this local primary school.
Tarrant Valley 10K: 1st June 2025
The Tarrant Valley 10 comprises a multi-terrain 10km race and a separate 1 mile children’s race, hosted by the village of Tarrant Monkton, set entirely within the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Both races start and finish in front of The Langton Arms pub right in the heart of the village.
