We want you to be safe while you are running, so we have purchased a club Defibrillator, and some of us have been on a training course to know how to use it in an emergency.

If you are running and see someone in distress and you need the defibrillator, please call 999 then contact the person who is responsible for our defibrillator on the night. This person will be announced before we start the run.

There may also be a public Defibrillator near to where you are running, and you can find out where the nearest one is by entering your location on the defib finder uk website.
