Summer Runs

Join like-minded Doddlers for our Tuesday Summer Runs, our social running highlight of each week throughout the summer. You’ll find like-minded company, spectacular scenery and food options to round of the evening.
These runs are organised by different club members each week in a variety of locations. They are great social occasions and we get to run through some beautiful Dorset countryside and coastal trails.
We start once the clocks change and enjoy these get-togethers all the way through until the end of September. Typically, we meet at 7pm for a 7.15pm start, or slightly earlier in April and September. There will be a choice of two or three distances to suit runners of various abilities, ranging from about 4 to 9 miles. We also welcome walkers and well behaved dogs.

7th April
Our next Summer run is being organised by Justin. Meeting in Morrisons Car Park in Blandford, please arrive at 6.15pm for a 6.30pm prompt start.
We will be eating at the Crown in Blandford afterwards. The table is booked for 8pm. If eating please look at the The Crown's menus and order by 7pm on Sunday 5th April.

Our Recent Summer Runs
31st March – Thanks to Lynda for organising our first summer run from Shroton. We had a beautiful evening and enjoyed stunning views from the top of Hambledon Hill. Some of us enjoyed a lovely meal at the Cricketers. More photos on our Club Facebook page.
